I am a type 2 diabetic that has been on prescribed oral medication for years. I added Glucose Control on the recommendation of a friend . He reported his glucose spikes went down as have mine. I've been using GC for just over a month and i can say it really helps with my type-1 diabetes. I found that taking it 5-10 min before eating works better than right before. I use the Freestyle Libre 2 and you can see it work as it’s much easier to keep my levels in the green zone. I definitely recommend.
